With the lifting of restrictions, you no longer need to book your place if you wish to attend a service. However, we all want to acknowledge that we will be thinking and feeling differently about the lifting of restrictions. For some, the lifting of restrictions couldn’t come soon enough. For others, there will be concern about rising cases and people will be more hesitant about returning to pre-covid normality. With that in mind, can I encourage us as the body of Christ to bear with one another (Ephesians 4:2), recognising that what might be ok for one person, might not be for someone else, and that is fine. We also need to make sure we are seeking each other’s good (1 Corinthians 10:24), seeking to put our brother or sisters needs above our own (Philippians 2:3-4). Note that all these Bible references are written to churches telling them how to behave and live in relationships with one another!

In normal circumstances we would be having two services on a Sunday. However since we are unable to do this, now is a great time for us all to join together as a (digital) family. Do think if you could invite someone you know to watch the service on a Sunday. it is now easier then ever to take part, so please do invite others to worship together, pray for one another and engage with all that is happening at St Catharine’s.
This is our quiet communion service, with no hymns, which takes place every week except the first Sunday of the month
Our main gathering on a Sunday. A service for all ages with groups for our children aged 4-14, and a mix of contemporary and traditional music. We celebrate communion on the first Sunday of the month.
